These policies describe Cancionea and the planned service. Orders are not open and this website does not collect payments or customer files.
Service provider
Cancionea is a brand of Helm Ventures LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming, United States. Support contact: info@cancionea.com. The service is intended for buyers aged 18 or older, primarily residents of the United States.
Product and price
The planned product is a personalized AI-generated song: two complete MP3 versions, lyrics, cover art and a gift page with a link and QR code. The price is 49 USD per order, a one-time payment with no subscription. Any applicable taxes will be shown before you confirm payment.
Listen before you buy
A free 30-second preview of one version will be offered before payment. The second version will be generated after payment. Listening does not create an obligation to buy. You can leave before payment without being charged.
Payment and digital delivery
When orders open, payment will take place on Stripe's hosted checkout page; Cancionea will not store full card numbers. The approved song will be available after payment confirmation. The second version will be delivered once generation is complete. Access and files will be provided on the website and by email. There is no physical shipping. We do not guarantee generation within a set number of minutes; technical issues will be handled through support.
Content and permissions
Only provide photos, recordings and information you have permission to use. Do not include contact details, sensitive information or data about children under 13. We will not accept songs about children under 13, harassment, hate, sexual content, celebrity impersonation or content glorifying crime or violence.
Use of the gift and AI limitations
The product is intended for personal use and gifting. We do not promise musical exclusivity or that an AI-generated result can be registered or protected by copyright. We do not offer artist imitation or voice cloning. Anyone who receives a gift-page link may view the page; share the link only with your intended audience.
Problems and buyer rights
Our refunds and delivery policy explains how to report errors or access problems. These terms do not limit mandatory legal rights or the payment provider's resolution policies. The terms applicable to an order will be shown before payment.
